4.1 Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time co888 deems appropriate, the Company reserves the right to require a Player to complete the KYC verification process. This process is designed to verify the Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.

All deposits on co888 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. co888 does not charge any platform-side deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their respective terms of service.
Supported deposit methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment methods must be registered in the Player's own legal name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification having been completed. co888 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under three (3) minutes for verified accounts during standard banking hours (WIB, Monday to Sunday, 06:00–22:00).
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. co888 does not impose withdrawal fees. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own legal name. Any attempt to withdraw to a third-party account will be declined and may trigger an account review.
If a deposit does not appear in your Account within the expected timeframe, or a withdrawal has not been received within 24 hours of approval, please contact co888 support with your transaction reference number. co888 will investigate and resolve confirmed transaction errors within 3 business days.
6.1 co888 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

7.2 co888 operates sports betting markets covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, Piala AFF, and numerous other international competitions. Game r ules for each market are published within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform.
7.3 In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error that results in an incorrectly quoted price or odds, co888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Player accounts. co888's determination of whether an error has occurred is final.
7.4 For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, results are determined by the official draw outcomes published by the respective lottery operators (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, and equivalent bodies for Sydney draws). co888 does not influence or control these draw outcomes in any way.
7.5 For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, all legs must win for the bet to return a profit. If any leg is voided by the operator, that leg is removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs continue to stand. One-leg parlays resulting from voids are settled as single bets at the applicable odds.
7.6 Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event in response to changing match conditions. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless voided under Clause 7.3.
7.7 co888 reserves the right to impose betting limits on any market, game, or player account at its sole discretion without prior notice. Maximum win limits per event and per player may be applied to protect the integrity of the platform.
8.1 The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 Closure by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting co888 support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.
9.2 Closure by co888: co888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — and to withhold any balance pending investigation — if the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms, or if co888 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.
9.3 Dormant Accounts: An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. co888 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 10.000 to dormant accounts with a positive Real Money Balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Player logs back in and reactivates the Account. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied.
9.4 Reactivation: Players who have voluntarily closed their Account and wish to reopen it may contact support. Reactivation is at co888's discretion and is subject to a fresh KYC review.
10.1 All content on the co888 Platform — including but not limited to the co888 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of co888 or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. 14.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
